Too cold?

Not for Norwegians, that's for sure. As long as the sky is blue and sun is shining, it doesn't matter that it's -5°C (23°F), we'll still fill up the patio of any outdoor café, unlike the people of Newcastle, England.

Well, it would be definitely too cold for me to stay outside longer than necessary...
Haha--the difference is though that in Newcastle ,when they do go out in the cold they do not wear jackets...too tough(or mad!) for that!
